These Almond Flour muffins are Low Carb, High Protein and Gluten Free. :-) Almond Flour Muffins Recipe: Ingredients: 3 Cups Almond Flour 3 large Eggs 3 large very ripe bananas ½ cup chocolate chips 2-3 cardamom pods (OR, 1 tsp cinnamon) 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder 1. Pre-heat oven to 350/F180C 2. Blend bananas, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, cardamom pods, salt and blend until smooth 3. Add Almond Flour and blend just enough to combine 4. Add the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a baking cups lined or greased muffin tray 5. Bake for 25-30 mins and allow to cool for 15-20 mins before you dig in. Enjoy!
